What we collect
Account details (email address and name), the financial figures you enter (assets, liabilities, income, expenses, budget targets and goals), balances retrieved from any account you choose to link, and the messages you send to the in-app assistant.
Why we use it
Solely to calculate and display your plan, generate your reports and alerts, answer your assistant questions, and operate your subscription. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only you, and — if you explicitly link your account to an advisor — that advisor's organisation. Access is enforced at the database level with row-level security. Our administrators can access accounts only to provide support or process plan changes.
Processors
We rely on a managed cloud database and authentication provider for storage and sign-in, and on a hosted AI provider to generate assistant responses. Assistant prompts may include a summary of your plan figures so answers are relevant; they are not used to train third-party models.
Retention, export and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can download a complete JSON copy of your data, or permanently delete your account and all associated records, from Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are stored as salted hashes and checked against known breach lists. Credentials for linked accounts are stored separately from your plan data and are never exposed to the browser.
