Meridian is an educational planning tool. Its calculations, timelines, alerts and assistant responses are illustrative projections based on the figures you enter. They are not investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and no fiduciary relationship is created by using the product. Always consult a qualified professional before acting.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Advisors may only link client accounts with the client's consent.
Plans and billing
Free accounts include core cash-flow, net-worth and goal features with usage limits. Paid plans unlock budget tracking, alerts, linked accounts and a higher assistant allowance. Plan changes and cancellations are requested in-app; a cancellation keeps your current plan active until it is processed, after which your account reverts to the free tier. Data is retained across a downgrade.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer or overload the service, upload unlawful content, or use the assistant to generate advice you then present as professional guidance from us.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on projections produced by the product.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will revise the date above; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
